I am a 33" waist and have tried on the L harness on my mates pack. It fits fine, just a lot of the strap is pulled in. I have just ordered myself the Pro LT 5500 full system and went with L size harness, as I figured the M could be a tad stretched when wearing over a jacket/extra layers.

I went for the 4000 lt system. Will look at getting the 5500 bag in the future.
Kuiu are great, their customer service is second to none.
I did a warranty claim on my guide jacket zip (5 Yrs old), sent some pics. I had a brand new guide jacket on my doorstep 7 days later! Plus I got to keep the old one

On a good day. Doesn't matter now as wife saw me smiling looking at screen and said what are you buying now. Approval wasn't forthcoming.
