    Hardened Steel Walking/Jumping Targets

    Hi Guys,

I've got these targets that i've been working on to see if there's a market in NZ. They're listed on trademe but figured i'd post them here to see if anyone's interested.

They sit approx 20cm high and are made from 6mm wear plate. There are three styles, either rabbit, bird, or round, and come in either red or yellow.

Suitable for a small caliber rifle or pistol (have only been tested with 22LR and 22 magnum, but show minimal/no damage even at close range)

Price $40 each and can send anywhere in NZ (even rural) for $10 per 2 items.

They look quite cool, might be a good way to ease the mrs into shooting a bunny! Do you have a video of how they 'roll' when hit?

Those are really cool. How bad are they for random direction ricochets though?

Not too bad, i've been using them with my 22LR at around 25m with no issues, wouldn't suggest much closer though and for higher powered rounds would push it out a bit.

    Myke

    Nice work.

I'm in for a couple of rabbits, one of each colour.

I'll be in Hamilton next week can I pick up?

    Cheers
    Pete

These are great fun. Was "chasing" one around at the pistol club on sunday. You just keep shooting. No down time resetting targets.

If anyone else wants to get some you can get hold of me on 021 2588046 (txt) or can send me a message.

Just let me know style, colour, and whether you want to get them sent or pick them up and we can go from there.

I can also make anything to order (size/thickness/hardness/colour/custom design/etc) as long as there is a reasonable quantity.

Just picked up a set of these from Myke.

They are bloody well made and well priced.

Can hardly wait to go shoot them up.

    Thanks Myke

    Cheers
    Pete
