Was wondering if you needed a parachute or not.

I like my one, comfy and warm.

Are these like a top or a second layer in the real wet and cold? Silly question I know but you guys know what I mean ...

Like a water resistant fleece coat, not for real wet conditions, good in the cold with thermals underneath. Biggest gripe for me is the lack of hand pockets to keep ham fists warm.
