So you're getting rid of all your light-weight stuff and going heavy-weight???...

How did you find that pack? I was looking at one of them a while ago. Could it take a whole red stag comfortably?

Haha Na bought a couple of different lightweight packs and just not using this one.
It fits a lot of gear in it and they are very comfy to wear.
Fully adjustable also. They are rated to 24kg load I’m pretty sure

They carry well but require careful packing as there is no back padding. Not a problem just dont pack pointy things out toward your back.
Mean hipbelt on them but narrowish shoulderstraps that require proper adjustment to be comfortable.

When setup properly they are a mean pack, I've carried some good loads in mine. They are a lightweight pack though and as such there are some compromises. No such thing as a free lunch

Solid and heavy for the rifle considering its weight, but useable and reliable.
