No way to buy one now legally. All now E cat and no permits being issued.

You would have to be either really, really, dumb to even ask now.

    Or an agent provocateur.

You sound pretty confident that there will no longer be any E or C categories? Have a little faith....

    You are an agent provocateur

It states clearly rifles can be sold to E-cat holders. I always wanted a Camp Carbine. He probably has 3 months to 5 years to play with it before the government buys it back.

So what do you think when the Prime Minister meant on 21 March, when she said that the weapons were now categorised as requiring an E class endorsement and no one will be able to buy one without a permit to procure from the police and then said: "I can assure people that there is no point in applying for such a permit"?

There is no point in applying for any kind of permit.

They stated clearly an option for an A-cat license holder was to sell your semi to an E-cat holder.

But of course this was all gibberish because they contradict each other. They could not organize a piss up in a brewery and are just embarrassing themselves performing.
