    Model 7 243

    Hey ladies and gentlemen..

Thinking of selling my Model 7 243 in around a months time, when my other rifle comes back from Stug.

Its an awesome little rifle, well balanced and in very good condition. Will be looking at selling with burris rings and a DPT blast reducer overbarrel suppressor. This is not a full suppressor and only sticks forwards over the muzzle 50mm from memory, I chose this suppressor as I was trying to keep the rifle as compact as possible for a bush rifle without chopping the barrel. Trigger has been adjusted to 2 1/4 pounds and it comes with a thread protector.

Was thinking around $1200 for the rifle rings and suppressor and could do as a package with a Bushnell 3200 elite for $1450. I will consider offers, but wont just give it away.

Also note a slight damage on the inside of the action, I asked Dean Maisey about this and he said it just looks like a minor flaw from when the rifle was produced and it doesn't affect performance in anyway.

I will post a few more photos when I get the chance to take some.

    Cheers
    Nick

Nice rifles arent they Nick. Mate got one in 243 a couple of months back and liked it so much he just grabbed one in 223 to match it. His are both walnut stocks and really nicely balanced.
Someone is going to get a good buy.

Really like the Model 7's. If you'd been a month or so earlier I would've bought this for my sister.

A good mate of mine has a m7 in 7-08 and it is absolutely beaten to death. On its 2nd barrel. The grandslam on top is scratch and dented. It is a lethal wee gun, he shoots more deer than anyone I know.

Good luck with the sale mate.

Have you handled one? They suit a small statured individual.

What is the total weight of the complete rig? Is the scope a 3x9x40?

Anyone interested in this? It has been sitting in the safe for a couple of months now, not getting used. Could pair it up with either the Bushnell 3200 3-9x40 and suppressor for $1400 or a bushnell 4200 elite 3-9x40 and suppressor for $1550. Will give it a few days in here then through it up on trade me.

Also have a pile of other sports gear that i will sort through in the next few weeks and list.

How about $1050 for rifle, rings and suppressor + postage
Huntech fly, only used a couple of times, wanting around $190 + postage
Leupold Acadia 10x42 binos, (not the BX2 model) in very good condition $290 + postage
    Bushnell 3200 elite 3-9x40, multi x reticle $290 + postage

PM me if interested in anything..
Will probably dig out more stuff in the next few days as well.

Is the huntech fly the bivvy or rectangular fly?
