    Model 7 carbon stock

    It's a long shot...

Before I buy/wait for a new one, anything out there? Not looking for a bargain just a fair price,

Can part trade with a standard stock

I ended up getting an unfinished WildCat Composite stock out of Canada (make sure he air freights it though!). Cheap as, but do require finishing and coating. 420gm.

Good luck with your wildcat, I had one found it was pretty flimsy eventually snapped the butt off of it through the magazine well, sent it to stug verdict unrepairable. Then got a stug, a way more solid stock and no painting required. I have a hightech composites on another model 7 it was rough as guts, dips and hollows but it has held up and has a nice wide fore-end so shoots well off a day pack. Painted stocks are an arse, even with good quality two pot paint the paint gets ruffed up pretty quick

I've had one on a rifle for about 18 months and am pretty happy. No issue so far. For the price, they are pretty good, but suspect they are not as strong as a CF stock.

...or you could wait 6 months? Depends on the price you put on a carbon stock....

Yeah not sure yet just seems a lot of money. They look really nice but aren't the lightest because of the bedding block I guess? Does anyone have an actual weight of a Ken Henderson and are they different to Southfort labs?

Are they a copy of the factory stock or a different design?
