    Muzzle crown cutter

    Muzzle crown cutter wanted to buy or borrow

    Also any other unused gunsmithing tools and equipment considered

    I saw a Tap-Seat-Cutter, years ago, modified to cut muzzle-crowns..only flush-finishes, but it did work. There's also the round-headed, brass-screw, in a hand-drill, dipped in cutting-paste..some gun-smiths did this, back in the day...and it also seemed to work ....if you have no luck. ( the last method was in in early Gun-Smithing books..)

    I have the Manson's Precision kit happy to do it for you takes 10 minutes if your local.

    I used it on my Browning Mountain Ti after I smacked the muzzle on a rock up the tops, rifle shoots better than new.

    I bought a Newway set many years ago, I never thought you could use it for recrowning a barrel. I’ll dig it out and post pics but from memory the angles will be wrong. 31 and 46deg.

    I imported the complete kit direct from Manson several years ago don't remember what I paid.
    I see Brownells do them now.
