One Square Meal - OSM bars

If you like the OSM bars, but hate the supermarket/servo price, I can get them wholesale and pass them on to forum members.(just cause) In boxes of 6 at a time, $12 (that's $2ea) Note: I get nothin out of this!

Pickup from me, central Chch most of the time.

I would describe OSM as a synthetic food substitute rather than food, but they do what they say on the box. They give you the energy to get up that bluff and in a small package too.

I prefer a box or two of muesli/nut bars. Works out about have the price by weight and conveniently packaged in a size that is easier to bolt down. If you're still hungry have another one. No trying to stow something half eaten.

There are only three types of people in this world. Those that can count, and those that can't!

Whatever works, the nutritional information about OSM is interesting though. One bar contains about 1450kj versus around 500kj for a regular muesli bar.

OSM is a formulated meal replacement. 2 Bars or 4 Bites gives you 1/3 of your daily intake and recommended dietary intake of energy, protein, carbohydrates, fats, fibre, 10 vitamins and 6 minerals. It is important to maintain a healthy, varied and balanced diet so OSM is not to be used as a total diet replacement.

OSMs are great, get a bit of a sore jaw halfway through the second one but they fill you up and provide energy to burn. Will hit you up if im coming into chch
