good on you @Ryan_Songhurst i was 20-30 a day tried patches way back but carried on smoking then meet my partner 15 years ago we were going on our first holiday and she said thats it. Man what a shit holiday, had to give it up cold turkey and best thing i done. Had to change my life style at the same time. Back then used to go out to the pub and smoking (30+on those days) and drinking went hand in hand but after a while you get use to people smoking around you.
When it was cold got to have a smoke to warm myself up, big climb had to have a rest on the way up for a smoke

@Ryan_Songhurst keep it up, I gave the champix a crack but didn't really work for me, so ended back on the lung darts again. I then brought a vape and was on that for a few months slowly dropping the nicotine level every month till I got to 0 then thought I don't need this anymore and threw it in the bin.

I smoked from the age of 17 and am 37 now and havent smoked in 15 months. Side effect is the extra 10kg I've put on but I feel so more healthier and fitter now then I ever did. No more coughing up a lung on big walks or trying to catch my breath. Another is the dollars saved is crazy I was over a pack a day spending over 10k a year. Now I need another gun cabinet with the money I've been spent on rifles rather then the stinkys. Keep it up youl wish you gave up earlier.

Edit. I still have some vape machines you can have to try if you think it could work for you. Pm me
