project rifle needs a new fireing pin saurio leaver action

i have this rare as hell 22 lever action rifle its a saurio made in Argentina model 700
i brought it of here as a project and have been working on a new fireing pin but we (mates and i are going to have to admit defeat )
i have half of the old fireing pin but the other half has to be A geuss rifle works ok but won't fire for obvious reasons
The extractor needs a new spring also leaves the round in the chamber on occasion Spoken to heaps of pepole in the firearms business that haven't herd of it so could be a good little talking peice if it could be made to shoot

    Preferably pick up only (hellensville)

If someone has the patience/machinery/metallurgical knowledge - could be a good little 'unusual' piece.
My Annie 1410 M54 does the same thing - case fails to eject.
Usually give the chamber a bit of 'what for' with a metal 22 cal brush and it behaves itself for a few weeks.
Possibly the Eley Club ammo I'm feeding it might leave some residue in the chamber, leading to the FTE headaches.
Otherwise - I just close the bolt then open with less force and out it comes, easy as.
PS - no rear leaf sight?

It's quite a handsome rifle really. If no other immediate people jump on it, I'll take it off your hands.

    Edit:

I have found a picture and part number of the firing pin if that helps? The agent in Argentina doesn't appear to have stock.

    Edit 2:

It is an easy part to make, and so long as the edge of the chamber is not badly damaged the extraction problem is also easy.

My mate who isn't a gunsmith as such but is a very good machinist who has a good knowledge of firearms and has made hundreds of fireing pins for numerous rifles has had the rifle for the last month and reckons hes made over 20 mock up pins he says he can get the gun to fire but the action doesn't work properly so he trims a tiny bit and the action works but the rifle won't fire

Looked into importing one from that sight but its gonna be a hassle they won't ship here and apparently mail goes missing alot over there anyway

Good evening mate, this looks like an awesome little rifle, would be keen but I just need to know if your machinist mate left you with a couple of firing pins that the rifle will fire with? Will be a good starting point for figuring it out.

i think the rifle is sold to @Tommy? but nup made them out of real soft steel Cheap stuff just to test didn't want to use good stuff till we had good measurements this ment that the mock pins were only good for a few shots to check fitment then biffed

I'm pretty keen, though if it doesn't work out for me down the track for whatever reason you'll get first option if/when I move it on

Funny, I have not heard about this, I fixed up Bill999,s firing pin for him , must check to see if he got it working. He sent me the broken bits and I made a new one from a aircraft bolt, the dam thing will fly.
