Thread: Pump action 20 gauge shotgun

Looking for a pump action 20 gauge if anyone has one they'd sell? I was going to get a 410 pump for my boys to learn on but they're impossible to find... Located Taranaki but travel around North Island a bit. Cheers

why not look for a 410 single or double barrel> Better as a starter gun than a pump - easier to operate , and more of them than pumps. A 20 gauge has a fair kick for a small kid.

Already have a suppressed 410 single shot, awesome on close range rabbits, possums and wallabies when in Rotorua. Wanting to get a pump so have faster follow up shots, but more control with the young ones compared to a semi or double barrel...

Gun City in Richmond had a couple about 5 weeks ago,a mate had a look at a old 20G SXS for me there & knew how much l like the old Winchester 1200's & there was one there in 20G,from memory it was $520 & there was 2 others.

Gun city seem to have 410 pumps in most branches, new Mossberg.

Tried guncity, they have them listed on their website but if you try to buy one you can't. Out of stock with a shipment coming some time early next year...

I think the Gunshop in Upper Hutt has a pump action 20g, and a semi also

buy a 12 gu and use light loads. 20gu is more expensive to feed

That mossberg looks good and good price, I'm not heading south any time soon but heading up to Auckland tomorrow, might pay a bit extra and get it from guncity to avoid the shipping hassle...
