    Remington 700 trigger

After a standard trigger for a remington 700
Not too worried about pull weight
Would consider aftermarket but on a budget
    Cheers

Same. Although I'd seriously suggest you stay away from that utter piece of shiny crap that Rem are currently passing off as a trigger and either track down one of the older Walker types with the ribbed shoe and learn to check it for safety or go aftermarket and be done with it. That X-mark and X-mark pro while reliable in terms of pull weight have some of the worst trigger feel qualities of any trigger I have used.

Or go after a 40X trigger. Best of the oem offerings just in front of the walker.

40x is a walker with an extra screw basically, the M24 trigger is the really trick OEM one. The Walker is as good as the 40X, just doesn't have the screw through the trigger blade to adjust the pull weight externally. Once you have it set you never usually touch them again anyway.

What are the TriggerTech ones like? I see on trademe there are three or four different models that adjust down to 1 or 1.5 pounds. I just have the factory one in my 300 RUM. But have often thought about upgrading it.
