    Rossi Wizard

I've decided to sell the Rossi Wizard I have.

    Comes with 3 barrels, 308, 7mm08 and 270.

The 270 barrel was new when I got it and has only fired a dozen rounds.

All barrels have been threaded 1/2x20.

    Scope and rings not included.

    After $750 + post.

Maybe but those 3 rounds are basically the same in performance. If that trio was 220 swift, 303 or 7.62x54r and 45/70 that would be a winner. Break action rifles according to Townsend Whelan should have a flanged cartridge.

If it had the 4570 barrel, I would keep the rifle and sell the extra barrels.
Only selling to get a 4570.

Nice rifle combo , but we are after a Pomba in 308 , not the switch-barrel jobby
Be more involved and less impressed.

I have had both types, and the wizard is better in my view.
Always good to have an option to swap if wanted in the future.
It's only a different retainer to hold the foreend on.

But if you want a fixed 308 rifle, then hope you manage to find one. Nothing worse than wanting to do a project and not been able to find the donor rifle.

Its not my project Jim , a mate has designs on a super short cannon in a calibre that he already reloads for , and he has several Pombas already.
Be more involved and less impressed.
