Thread: Sako 85 Finnlite

Anyone interested in a Sako 85 Finnlite in 308? Action, barrel, bolt, rifling etc is in mint condition, the stock has a few scratches and marks but id still rate it as in good-very good condition. I have had this rifle around 6 months and feel like i'm ruining a beautiful rifle with the type of hunting i do, hence thinking of downgrading to something i can use as a walking stick without worrying about it. It is threaded for a suppressor, barrel is the factory 20.4 inches.

The rifle will come with 25mm Sako Optiloks and could include a Leupold vx3 3.5-10x40CDS scope for the right price.
Rifle alone im wanting $2200 and with scope $2850. Would consider swaps for a tikka or Swarovski z5 3.5-18x44 BT with a cash difference.

Hey nick...I have a model seventy five finlite....it gets used and abused and still shoots like the day I got it ten years ago. I would ,never get rid of it. Maybe you should just stick with it. It's a sako...it deserves to be thrashed.

Il just see what eventuates, I'm not in a rush to sell as I love this rifle.

Will need to sell the rifle first. The dial is just in MOA.

Can see the scratches on the stock in this photo, other then that its mint.
Pretty keen on a 7mmRM, either that or another 308.
