Savage Model 12, 223 Remington, Benchrest set up
26-inch, free floated fluted 1/9 twist heavy barrel. Boyds thumbhole stock. Action is bedded and is set up as a single shot. Timney trigger, threaded for silencer 5/8 x 24.
Loves Targex / Match Kings 69g. Easy and cheap to load for, great to shoot & it shoots well. Need to clear a space in the safe, be sad to see this go.

hi whats the round count on the 223 do you still have the mag cheers

Round count unknown as I bought second hand, thought the the throat was worn as lands were so far out, had it checked & no not at all These Savages have a long throat, which is why it loves longer heavier projectiles 69g. No magazine completely set up as a single feed, & that suits loading long perfectly. Mounts are also set up high for a big target scope which leaves plenty of room to easily single feed.
