    3.5-18 Swarovski?
Zeiss HD5 3-15 is a good option too, I the crosshairs are plenty thin for that distance imo, lockable turrets too. Giles can do you a good price on one.

    scope

The new Leupold VX-3 LRP is similar to their Mark 4 series and is offered in the mag range you are after, the price is acceptable and it's shown in the latest hunting & fishing catalogs .

My gripe with the vx6HD is your are paying 2500 (probably) for the same features as a 1500 Zeiss (bar illumination)

Im looking for exactly the same thing. I am waiting to see the new Leupold VX6hd, but struggle to justify the price. The glass is not as good as a swaro, however the eye box and 30mm tube works better for my needs. But $2800 for a 3-18x44 gives me the shits.

Exactly 10 moa? The one turn gets me just past 775yards and that's enough for me on a hunting rifle.
