    Scope for AR15

Dont have a lot to spend but looking for a scope to get me started on an ar15, maybe something 1-4 or 1.5-6 or similar with a ballistic reticle. Anything about?

There was a weaver that fits the bill for 200 bucks. I don't know if its still for sale though.

    Check out nzar15.

Ken just got in a shipment of primary arms.

    He's got 1-6s and 1-8s.

    Hope this helps :-)

Not sure what your intended use for it would be, but Reloaders can get you in one of these: https://www.bushnell.com/Products/Ri...4/?sku=AK91424

They normally have then in stock but are out at the moment.

They're awesome and cheap (around the $300 mark). The illuminated reticle works VERY well and you can just sight in and validate for whatever calibre your using even though its made with a 762x39 in mind. Translates over to 300 Blackout nicely if you go that route too.

With the illumination and 1x power it works well as a red dot, with the magnification when you want to stretch things out.

Otherwise the AR15 specific Bushnell scopes Reloaders stocks are awesome too.

As others mention, you need to confirm its intended use.
A 1-4 is good for plinking, but lacks top end magnification and low light gathering for hunting.
1-6 or 1-8 is better for 3 gun style, where there is a mix of close up and longer stuff.
A fixed 3 or 4 Prism is more of service class.
A normal 2-7, 3-9 or 4-12 is better for hunting.

    I run:
Vortex 2-7x35 on my .22LR AR
Leupold 4-12x40 on my 6.5 Grendel AR
Vortex x3 Prism on my 16" .223 service AR
Trijicon ACOG x4 on my 20" 5.56 service AR
    Welcome to Sako club.
