Shit I'm going to regret Selling

    Hi

Well my life seams incomplete without a V8 in it, so I'm going to selling some of my stuff to help fund a new one. Will list a few things over the next week...but lets start with this:

    1) E- Cat ASI AR15,

I had this custom made for me in America. I thought bugger it, if I'm going to get one I may as well basically send them a blank cheque and get the best stuff I could buy put into it at the time. So its a real beauty, never jammed or misfired on me...not once!

I used this for aerial shooting, so its had an easy life flying around the skys... its done somewhere between 1000 ~ 1500 max shots fired.

    Specs

    AR-15 Ultra-Match Super Target
    .223 Remington
Target pistol grip with palm shelf cut off
1'' aluminium spacer to increase the stocks LOP
    Satin finish nickel lower.
    Free float tube fluted
4 rail gas block (with one side machined off) .936" diameter
Douglass match barrel - air gauged premium stainless steel 416 barrel
3.5 lb. Two stage trigger match trigger
Chrome ultra match bolt & carrier group
    Titanium firing pin
    Single piece gas ring
    Acc-u-wedge
    Stud for Bi-pod

It originally came with 20'' barrel which I had Gunworks turn down in diameter, set back and re-chambered in .223rem after about 500 rounds had been fired as it was too heavy and long to swing out the door of a small helicopter. It shot 0.25'' groups when it was 20'' long and bull barrelled. It now weighs half the weight, but the accuracy is more like 0.6MOA with 69gr SMK's

No scope, but will include two scope mounts (B-square and a Burris mount). Can include a shitload of brass and a pack or two of SMK's (whatever I have lying around). Will come with 3x20shot mags, 1x30shot mag and 1x10shot mag and a few bits and pieces that go with it.

E-cat only, no permit to procure....no sale. $3200 ono. Prefer PM's

What sort of V8 are you after? And what the hell is in your avatar under your bow?

I used to have a boat for fishing, but sold it when I went overseas to work for a while. That boat was like a big black hole that you poured money into (and you got nothing back). I should think your V8 will be the same! But knowing this, I would love to buy another boat and am keeping my eye out for a 5m alloy stabicraft.

Everyone knows it doesn't make sense to buy one, but we do it just the same!!

Nothing too flash, thinking something like a VN commodore. I've had a 64 impala and a VK commodore with a 350ci small block chev in it. It's just been a while since I've had a loud thirsty car and I've decided to act on my impulses again and do something about it.

Oh - and that is a giant rat under the avatar. One of my finest hunting moments that day

Don't bring logic into this. Everyman should at one stage in their life own a V8, it's a right of passage!

Cool, will keep that in mind. However I'm pretty found of my .284 as I used it to cull deer with overseas and I carried it everyday for two years...it would kind of feel like I was selling my first born son.

    Okay $2800

The 5x mags, projectiles, brass and two mounts would be worth $1000 so that's like getting a full custom built AR for $1800. And this is certainly no piece of shit $1800 guncity AR....

Try a 502 cid Chevy in a boat sometime,it'll curl yer hair at 50+ gallons per hour.
