    Single shot centrefire rifle

Looking for a quality single shot rifle. A Ruger Number 1 or Browning low or high wall would be nice.

Any particular calibre? I may know of a 375 H&H magnum but I am not sure if the fellow is looking at selling that or something else?

I like another in full stock, looking for a 7x57.

But I expect it will be a difficult calibre to feed being a 12.7x44 Rimfire. Wont be what you want, either, but is certainly an interesting piece.

and speaking of Rolling Blocks. a cobber recently purchased an original "almost mint" Remington rolling block in . . . . 303 (yes British) . Quite rare. Probly for sale but you'd have to have fairly deep pockets.
