    Sitka Bivy 30 pack FS

Hey, I have a nearly new Sitka Bivy 30 for sale. I recently bought it off Lowbox via Trademe. I really like the pack but it is too short in the length for me.
See Safari Supply link here. $499.00 new.
Is in Open Country and is approximately 50L (3000 cu inches) so is a good overnight size. I recently did an overnighter with it up the Kaweka main range and had a tent, mat, sleeping bag, cooker and food (plus dog food) and had room for a bit of meat on the way back (none taken though).

I also have a Macpac Ascent Im thinking of getting rid of if anyone is keen.

Its a bugger being tall sometimes aye dude. I have the same issue finding gear. I got One Planet to do a custom harness on a 45ltr bag. Fits mint!

The Sitka gear is well made but does come at a horrific price. The clothes are better than I expected for durability. I have a couple core tops and they are a touch short. I also have a Traverse hoody (cant get them in NZ yet) and it is very good. Both tops are XL size. I am long both in arms and back. Starting to get round too.
The pack is great but the frame is too small for my longer back with the waist strap riding above my hips. It is a touch heavy
I got this a a good price so I passed it on.
Might look at the One Planet as I want a light overnight pack. Was also thinking the Cactus Miklat but its a tad smaller @ 40L (and means I need to buy a smaller summer sleeping bag).

I'm 6'1". How tall are you D? I had exactly the same problem with a Hunters Element pack.

You have a good half foot on me mate.
I do find the jackets real short in the back
    Sweet gear though.

I'm 6'3" with a long back too. I'm really happy with my markhor 75l. I don't fill it, but the frame certainly gave me the length I wanted.

Yes that's what I found. It is supposedly due to the way the Yanks hunt. They have a clothing "system" where pants and jacket are worn as one.
