I'll take your pants. Want to bring them in tomorrow and I'll pay you cash?

Yeah I really like it. Sitka is good too but I might as well stick to one camo pattern and I like the verde.

Think I will get a superdown zip t and a couple of ultra merino tops and their new pants (can't remember the name of them). I have a Chugach NX jacket which I rate for a light tops jacket but the Yukon would be tougher for in the bush for sure

I got the 210 Merino top, and a jacket on sale cheap as chips. I like their gear and the Kuiu catalogue is one of the best (they will send it to you for free).

Super down lasts about a year then it's poked. A mate had the synthetic one sent to him and loves it, can wear it while moving and not overheat like the super down does.

Mainly getting 1 for sitting glassing animals so not worried about moving around and overheating in it. Light and packs down small is the attraction for me. I struggle with what to wear/carry but so far have found a couple of light merino layers the best when walking/climbing then down and weatherproof outer layer on top when sitting

Did he get 1 of the Kenai jackets or the older discontinued 1? The Kenai looks pretty good too... Hmmm, I'll do some thinking...

Yeah for sure, especially given the tops are cheaper than equivalent NZ made merino... On the other hand they're advertising NZ Merino as a world leading product

Kenai. We've both had the super down, I'm going to kenai as well. Down was good for camp, glassing etc but it's annoying having to take it off to walk for 15mins to the next glassing spot the undo pack and get it out of a dry bag again. Packs down tiny though and super warm.
