    Skinning knife

Been making a few knives so will put this up to see if there's any interest. Skinning knife made of L6 carbon steel, epoxy embedded inletted half tang construction. Blade length 129 mm, overall length 255 mm, thickness at spine 3.8 mm. Rockwell hardness C 58. Supplied with sheath as shown in image - not the way I usually make sheaths but the upswept design dictated quite a wide sheath. For more images of this see www.knivesnz.com Skinner A-016.

For info on how it's made (plus some knife breakage testing results) go to www.knivesnz.com - Half tang construction .

    Price $250 delivered.

Hi, I have a few drop points, check out www.knivesnz.com - Drop point knives. There's also a couple on the "Show me your knives" thread that aren't on my website.

I could also, to a certain extent depending on what blanks I have laying around, make a custom drop point if you had something in mind...

    Cheers, D.
