    Will do this for $300:
    Exped Ultralite 700

I've used it twice - FAR too hot for me.
If you really want luxury, also have a Exped Downmat 7UL that I'd like $200 for.

These are practically new - yes, they are about 3 years old now but only used a couple times.
I just don't get out for overnight hunts since moving to Auckland.

Doesn't solve the issue of overheating in that sleeping bag!
And I will be moving - back to the mighty Manawatu or even Wanganui. Where the hunting is easy and the women are..... best left undescribed!
But I'm unlikely to be overnighting/hiking again.

Does anyone use a sleeping bag liner to get a better telerature range. Was going to get an aegis max but they say that the temperature range is minus 5 or so

Nope! But I do need a new bag size my macpac zip broke and they won't replace it. Missus brought me a 'fancy new' one that would take up most of my pack if I took it tramping

if you don't mind a bit of bulk I bought an ex army one zip runs down the top in the middle, only thing is that the zip does not lock closed so if you stretch out the zip undoes.i don't mind this as it makes it easier to get out of but if you a restless sleeper it will undo ,very warm though too much for a hut in summer so have to sleep with it unzipped anyway.

Sure thing. I'll do that tonight - I know it fits into the small compression sack from Bivouac. It doesn't actually come with one new so I bought one, which naturally I'll include.
