For Swap .... Lee pro 1000

got a lee pro 1000 to do 223 on , and I hate it , ..... I have a single stage turret , but want to get a classic 4 hole turret that indexes ... so if you want a pro 1000 , comes with a 223 shell plate and a 38/357 shell plate .... multiple case feeder and collecter , .... will put up a pic , when I can find out wh the Bluetooth is no longer working with windows 10 and my phone ....

I think for a beginner , a turret press may be better , ... google lee turret presses ... either 3 hole or 4 hole ... or start on a single stage , but if your looking at volume , it will be a bit painful .... research online as much as you can on what you want to reload and what may be suitable ... I want to pump out lots of bullets .....not too concerned about min of angle accuracy ..... just plinking ....

@stumpy did you buy this as a kit new? If so are you selling with the auto disk measure. And primer stuff?

I got it off trade me , the person before me couldn't use it , (they hadn't set the index up right) so sold it as new , it comes with the primer setup ... and the auto disk measure , with the four disks

Is it possible to use this for other calibers such as 243 if you dont use the progressive function as such?

I guess if you use the right size shell plate ..... and the case fits in it ......ie , a 44 mag shell plate may fit the 308 win etc ....

Do you have a 243 case you could play with to see if there is enough travel in the press? Are you negotiable with your price? Cheers
