    swarovski el 10x42 binos

    about to post some pics but while im waiting thought someone might want to jump the queue,,only been out twice since i brought them but as my camera is a must n that weighs a fair bit(im about to hit 72) ive decided to go lightweight and purchase a pair of slc 10x30,,so these must go
    3250 big bucks

    must be too early in the yr i suppose,, take it some of youse need to save up

    Hi unfamiliar with the different models but do they have the built in rangefinder , yards / meters ? Couldnít see button for ranging and what price are they new ? Cheers

    The last pair I saw on here sold for $2600. They were 4 months old and came with the box. They may have been an exceptionally good buy at that price granted.

    The Cl Companion is a great bino and it doesn't give anything away in terms of quality glass, well not anything I could notice

    ill find out but looking thru them at h&f they do alright,field of view was about the same

    Whatís the retail on 10x42 ELís in NZ?

    Curious as they are about $3200 aud here and looking for a pair.

    That binocular pricing is a bit of a turnabout. NZ pricing on swaro scopes is about the same irrespective of the currency. Binoís are about 20% more in NZ it seems.

    just got back from down south n heres a little report on the el`s ..got to my fav longe range lookout and put the binos up n focused and lo n behold they had a hind n fawn dead in the middle,,a quick flick to the left and a nice fallow buck appeared in the lenses,,jeez better than a dog by far..
    so a well trained pair of binos they are,,my 55 yrs of hunting knowledge incorporated into them it seems

    You need to drop your price or ask for offers.
    Range examples have sold on here for well under 3k.

    There is a range set on trademe at the moment with reserve met at 2500, which im sure a few of us are keeping eyes on...

    Not very often you'll see that if they were in perfect condition. There have been three different versions of the Swaro EL Range binos depending on age. The latest ones retail for $4,990. As always, some people are rough on their gear and while they may think that what they're selling is in excellent condition it's usually nowhere near that. There's always exceptions though and you can be lucky.
