    I owned one of these for years....opened up the chokes with a drill and chainsaw file......yes agricultural but the same theory as any gunsmith wouldve done to open out chokes.smoothed it out with fine sandpaper wrapped around steel bar...shot steel through it for 4 seasons without issues. all you are doing is taking the sharpness out of the constriction...slightly less radicle than cutting 1/2" off end of barrels and gives you control over when to stop....

    Thats half and three quarter in old money. Then I looked at the numbers they are actually a bit tighter mod and half are nominally 0.71 inch, 3/4 and imp mod 0.705, and full 0.695. So it looks to be nearer 3/4 and full.
    Wont affect using it in the slightest, in fact its possibly a bit better as you get a few more metres effective with the tighter choke.
