    T3X CTR 6.5 Creedmoor

I have been dwelling on this for a while, but finally decided to offer up for sale. I bought this rifle to compete LR with gongs / steel etc. While wanting to learn Long range techniques and reading wind I joined the local target rifle club. This was hugely beneficial and I got really good scores, untill the day i lay behind a Target rifle ( yeah the open aperture sighted 308 version ). Sadly I was hooked on this sport and my Creedmoor has sat in the cupboard since.
It has won two times in a row at the "hunter shoot" in open class. Once off a pack and once off a bipod. This rifle doesnt care how you hold it, it just shoots.
So now that I am pursuing TR shooting my needs have become focused on feeding that sport, Mats, Jackets, sight improvements, spotting scopes, primers powder brass projectiles ... all by the thousand. Hence the Creedmoor has to go.

There has been a lot done to this rifle and it is a far cry from the bog standard CTR.

Southforte arms signature series " best of the west " stock ( Carbon fiber )

    Titanium insert recoil lug

Atlas bottom metal fitted ( to allow standard AICS mags and a better OAL )

    DPT 20 MOA rail fitted

This is a 1 in 8 twist stainless barrel of 24 inches threaded at 5/8th x 24 UNEF

The bedding is excellent and I can take the stock off, refit and have no issues re bedding for shot placement.
Bare weight with rail but no scope is 3.4 Kg.

Like a lot of CTR's ( and 6.5 creedmoors in general) it groups very well Not just 3 or 5 shot groups but full out 10 round strings, with no POI shift over that string. I have only shot this to 600 yards ( being the limit of our range ) but it produces good results.

If you are looking for a fairly priced competitive rig this could well be for you

With the rifle comes 100 Lapua SP brass ( fireformed to this chamber ) and three really good recipes for 3 different loads that produce 1/2 MOA with 3 different bullet weights.

There is a MAE compact 6.5 CM suppressor that is for this rifle but is an extra $300

The price for the rifle ( no scope ) is $2000

It comes with two mags, both steel not plastic one 5 round one 10 round

If you have read this far you deserve to look at the pictures!!

Add it all up and realise what a good deal this is. i wont be "giving it away", and it wont become a dutch auction.
