    @IMORTAL

    All sorted
Acquired a 2 month old "Axion 30m Key" for 2500$ with $300 worth of extra power add-ons

Will report back here about it - as I have not used one before and heard good and some negative
But like all optics - $$ determine end result - well usually do.
I have had ALL the Pulsar Thermal in Handheld over the past 3 years.
So this will be down a grade or two on most but has the benefit of compactness and lower cost.

The 2.5 magnification suits my terrain - 4x is to strong as most have.
I have Nigh Vision rifle mount so think this little unit will mate up just right

So - Pigs look out - cunning nocturnal barsteds !!!

Apparently the axiom key does not come with a battery charger but the other axioms do. I have recommended one of them to a friend of mine who does mainly spotlighting for foxes in large plains at night.

Will be very interested to hear a mini-review from you @Sarvo, particularly compared against other brands/models you have used.
If you put it up somewhere else in the site, could you put a link to it back on this thread?
    Thanks

    Ah ha
That is why there is a double charger add-on with my 2nd hand purchase also spare battery too
I have read on NV Forum they take up to 17 hours to charge - hence the need for a extra
So the New price of $2800 is more like $3100 with the above add-on's

I will start the Review now

1st Vid clip is a Accolade XQ38 LRF (laser range finder)

The 2nd clip is a XP28 which was my favorite unit as it had excellent FOV due to its base magnification of 1.4x
The Accolade base magnification is 3.1X
The Axion Key 30M will have 2.5x

Cool. So this axion can't be mounted on your rifle, correct?

Review on Pulsar Axion Key 30M
Very brief and to the point

    Don't go near one
The XQ30V Lite was far better
This one I have is been returned
    Major Calibration fault
