Tikka 7mm rem mag ultralight (carbon stock/fluted)

The never ending cycle of rifles continues...

    Tikka T3 ultralight (fluted barrel)
    Threaded with thread protector
Senator carbon fibre stock which has been hydro dipped in the kuiu verde patten (google). The paint is holding up very well.
Exterior of barrel has a few discolorations from hunting trips etc, internals are absolutely fine
    Has a limbsaver recoil pad
Shoots 162 eld-x into small groups

    I'm thinking $2,000 Ono

    Cheers

Dont waste your time chasing every last fps, it doesnt matter in the real world, it wont make a difference, all it will do is cause head aches and frustrations. And dont listen to silly old cunts

Cool what do you mean by mushy?
Why the change to 280ai? I went through all the research and settled on one of these in 7mmRM.

They aren't positive clicks like a nightforce for example, they seem to have a bit of play. Still adjust fine.

You made the right choice, Rem mag is always going to have more punch/resale/available ammo.

I just wanted something diffeeent and like the rifle

Have you had a play with the vx6hd? Any better? Waiting for mine to arrive and hoping it's better than the other Leopolds I've played with. Mushy with lines that don't match up, hard to argue with the price and features on paper though.
