    Tikka T3 part

After a few bits for a new project, has anyone got a trigger guard assembly for a T3? And also on the hunt for a T3 6.5 barrel, preferably 6.5x55 as easier conversion to 6.5-06. Cheers

I have a standard T3 trigger guard that I switched out when building my last project so its practically brand new. $30 if your interested.

Wouldn't it be easier if you used a 260 barrel?
6.5 x 55 head dimension is 7-8 thou oversize for '06 head diameter.
    Oh.....forgot - 260 is a 'buzz' calibre, therefore 3x as expensive as 6.5 x 55 barrel.
    Cheers

Apparently not, been in contact with Robbie about it and "6.5x55 being easier than 260 because of the narrower base of shoulder diameter". I think they also need to set the barrel back a bit which may solve what you are referring to if I've read it right

And you're using a bolt with a -06 bolt face so you'll be fine.

Hmm I do have a varmint barrel in 6.5x55 (23 3/4") threaded. It's had quite a few rounds through it but the smith said it's got more than 1 thou to go. PM me if you're interested.

Got a barrel sorted thanks to @Dead is better, top bloke!

I'm now on the hunt for a stock as well. Thought I had one on the way from boyds as they had the perfect one on sale, but buggers double sold it and cancelled the order, not overly happy with that. So after a stock as I gave my spare one away, prefer for bull barrel but anything really as can probably adapt it

Are you looking for just the factory tikka stock or an aftermarket one?

I think I have a new stock in the shed. Unless I sold it a while ago

Are you normal handed or backwards?
