You will want at least a 12foot if looking at older parkercraft/fryan styles.
I have a 10ft and a 15hp would be way too heavy on the transom.
Later pontoon styles be sweet as.

    I wouldn’t suggest a 10ft as others have said 15hp a little big
Also wouldn’t suggest a parkercraft they are made from thin shitty metal
Look for a fryran or preferably a ramco
I had a 13ft ramco for the couple of years with a 25hp on it
That was to much motor fun yes but dangerous in choppy weather if you didn’t know how to drive it right
On the mfg plate it said max hp 15 but someone had scratched a 2 over the 1 lol
15 would of been plenty of power
Get a welded hull over riveted if you can afford it

I have a 13' fryan which is a deep v hull...it runs with short shaft but would be an absolute weapon with 15hp long shaft....tried an old 18hp tohatsu, old n tired but really got it up off its arse in a hurry. I only have a wee 6hp 4 stroke merc on mine but go out in some rather rough lake conditions and "play" quite happily...If I use hunk of pvc pipe so I can sit forward can get her up to 24kmph according to my gps
    rated for 20hp
thought about smaller boat but come duck shooting time we use all the room and then some.
the deeper v hull sure rides nicer than a shallow v when waves come up.....
