    Totara

    hi guys , i have a bit of Totara that i cant use anymore ... longest bit is about 1.3 mtres , and 40mm thick , other bits are all 40 mm thick up to lengths of 600 ish ....anyone interested , maybe knife handles ? ... or stocks ?

    Bugger, only passed through Paraparaumu yesterday! A piece of Totara would be good for making trophies...

    the longer bits are joined and have biscuit joiners in the side as pictured... all have one side dressed , the other rough .... all are 40mm ish ...

    to anyone on the forum the shorter bits can be $40 each ? .. is that fair ? ... no idea on the longer bits , this was to be my kitchen benchtop ... but now leaving , so dont need it , all the wood you see pictured , cost me $800..
