Once they looked at the turbo they would also be looking at the suspension lift and rims. All much of a muchness pricewise though.

I don't think a 2" suspension lift needs cert? 33s on a Hilux theoretically does

yea 33s definitely does for speedo and brake tests and so does the suspension, oddly neither of these are usually even mentioned at warrant time.
good luck getting a warrant without cert for turbo tho.

Tyre size does if you go +/- 5% (I think it's 5%..) circumference from original factory spec.

Suspension lift.. is a bit of a grey area, but I believe the wording is as long as you use the factory suspension points with direct replacements, without significantly altering the geometry, you're okay. In practice, I believe a 50mm lift isn't even blinked at, but if you were getting closer to 4" then questions might be asked.

Any body mount lift, however, requires a cert.

Perhaps I should clarify my comment, a 2" suspension lift probably wouldn't even be noticed at a WOF, but if you were getting a cert for something else eg: larger tyres/rims then the certifier would be negligent not to inspect and cert the suspension lift at the same time.

I can pull the turbo off if buyers worried about it not getting a wof.
