    Tricked out 10/22

Up for sale is my wife's very first rifle I built for her. Original rifle was purchased in 2011 and over the years I have modded it to what you see now. We are in the process of getting her a new one - hopefully a lighter one. I always found it light to hunt with but was a bit on the heavy side for her.

Rifle has shot between 2.5-3k rounds through it. Has been tuned for subs. Shoots both subs & HV fine. Action & bolt have been polished, I also installed a Volquartsen edge extractor + barrel has been chopped and re-threaded with a 11 degree target crown by Robbie Tiffen @ Gunworks - Looks sick with a suppressor on it butted up to the stock.

Would be great to sell this to a forum member and not trade me. I'm not a huge fan of selling custom firearms (especially on TM) I have priced this way under what I paid for the parts. I appreciate that this may be on the expensive side for just "another Ruger 10/22" but this one is actually a pretty sweet rifle & is a shooter. If someone is keen to buy the barrel/action and someone else is keen on the Volquartsen trigger group and or stock I could split it all up. Mags etc would sell respectively.

Anyway, the parts we would like to keep are: scope, suppressor & hand-made leather sling.

    Here's what's in the package:

    - Factory Ruger 10/22, shortened and some gunsmithing done. Action and barrel have been duracoated in mat-black. Includes thread protector.
    - Stock is a Magpul Hunter X-22 in flat dark earth - Also includes the modular cheek riser kit purchased separately. Comes with three heights to adjust for optimum cheek height.
    - All metal Volquartsen trigger group set to 2.5lbs - Very nice trigger, crisp & clean.
    - Aftermarket over-sized charging handle and Weaver picatinny scope rail.
    - Includes a set of steel Burris Z-rings, medium height.
    - Includes x2 factory Ruger 15 round magazines and x2 10 round ones.
    - Have put together a spare parts repair kit that I will include which consist's of:
    - Factory Ruger firing pin
    - Volquartsen edge extractor
    - Take down screw
    - x2 factory trigger pins
    - x2 firing pin retaining pins
    - Extractor spring
    - Firing pin rebound spring

All of this delivered to your door for $1000

yup nice. I do like those stocks and if I ever get a replacement for mine they would be top of the list.
    Good luck

Nice. So is the rifle. What sort of warranty do we get though? I already have one faulty wife and I don't want to risk buying another.

    Ha ha :-)

That's too bad man... This one has been fine, comes with an unconditional lifetime warranty. Can't ask for better.

Just joking. Thought it might be amusing. Anyway I'll bugger off. I don't need another gun.

Yes, would like to retain suppressor thanks. It's a Hushpower one for .22LR, they're fairly cheap.

How much are you after for the stock, trigger and mags? They are the only parts I am really needing from your rifle.

Could do stock for $275, will also include the cheek riser kit. Trigger would be $325 and 10 shot mags $35 and 15 shot mags $45. I would include tracked shipping.
