Urgent Sale - Steyr Pro Hunter Mountain Rifle - 6.5 x 55mm Swedish

The last of 4 rifles being sold on behalf of a friend whose surrendered his firearms licence and needs to sell these on quick for family law proceedings.

Steyr Pro Hunter Mountain Rifle (factory 20" short barrel) in 6.5 x 55mm Swedish.

Difficult to find version, as Steyr no longer produce the short barrel Mountain Rifle in 6.5 Swede

Very Good condition, and comes complete with magazine, Limbsaver sling with QD mounts, Weaver scope mounts, near new Gunworks 41mm over-barrel supressor (only fired 40 rounds), and gun bag.

$1600 including delivery anywhere within the gun dealer delivery network.

Option of a near new (3 months old) Zeiss Terra 4-12 x 42mm Plex scope and Burris Signature Zee rings for $400 extra. These cost him just over $800 3 months ago (scope was $675 & rings $129)

I have the exact same model rifle, so can attest to how accurate and robust they are. The short barrel is a dream when trudging through thick scrub.

Whatup Andy, i think it's Steyr's coating finish they put on called mannox or something.

I can attest to their accuracy, my .223 version does lil bugholes..

Yes, the barrel is stainless on this particular rifle. Unsure what the coating is exactly, but it's a factory finish.

It's at this point I wished I'd paid more attention when watching Star Wars. This would have enable me to use an old Jedi mind trick to convince you to purchase !
