    Value of a 77/22 mag?

    Howdy all!

A good friend of mine has a stainless 77/22 in 22 mag coming up for sale soon, it's been used, not knacked and I don't have any photos either just to confuse you more so.

As a walnut 77/22 in 22LR is on here wanting $1k at the mo I'm just wondering what a fair price for it just as a bare rifle(inc bolt + mag ) would be as its stainless and a wmr in used condition(don't know the round count sorry). ? Furthermore on that note if anyone is after the rifle in question I am able to get photos up(when I can get to a PC).

About 100 rounds of ammunition would be included but that's not going to add value obviously just a case of getting ya on paper at my expense( no I am not going to provide ammunition for that use for everyone's rifle LOL).

I purchased a 77/22WMR a few months back, stainless in laminate stock with 2 mags for $750. There is another like mine for sale here and they are wanting somewhat more than i paid for mine. I would certainly be interested in looking at it as it'd be an ideal for when the daughter comes bunny busting.

As a note there is one currentlyon TM and reached reserve at $700, currently $760 closes Sunday, admittedly rebarrelled to .17, looking closely at it.

Please feel free to PM me any further info.

    Cheers Craig

The price might go up a bit now that they are being discontinued: Ruger DISCONTINUING 77-Series of Bolt-Action Rifles - The Firearm Blog
