Variable scope with ballistic turrets and parallax adjustment

I am considering replacing the Zeiss Duralyt 3-12x50 on my .308. A change in usage of this rifle means the No. 6 duplex reticle is no longer fit for purpose.

If you have a used scope you want to move on then let me know. Specs as follows:

    30mm tube
    50mm objective
Variable mag in the order of 3-12x, 4-14x or similar
    Ballistic turrets in MRAD
    Ballistic compensation type reticle
    Parallax adjustment
    FFP preferred

Iím not a top end Euro glass kind of bloke. More a middle-of-the-table type. I own lower end Zeiss, mid to higher level Vortex, Bushnell Elites, Weaver Grand Slam, that kind of thing. So other than those brands Iíll look at Meoptas, good Nikons, Sightron, Burris, that kind of thing.

An older scope that meets the specs and works like new is fine. Not fussy about marks within reason. No dents though!

Early days, donít wanna waste anyoneís time, let me know if you can help. PM or post, whatever you like.

(Donít and try to dump a duff scope with bad tracking - it will get picked up immediately.)

Iíve got a Bushnell Elite tactical 3.5-21x50 ffp Mil, G2 reticle the older version, good glass, just the screws are abit worn over the years but works perfectly fine, has a Trijicon bobro quick release mount that I can let it go with and it has a bubble level. Iím happy to send it to you and if you are unhappy with it then you can send it back.

I’m going to take a look at Tian’s Bushnell fellas, as I shoot an Elite Tactical on my Creedmoor and love it. This will only go down later this month, if it doesn’t work for whatever reason I’ll bump this thread and ask again. Thanks.

@Ryan_Songhurst, no asv, it has the regular capped hunting turrets. Simple scope, great glass.

Scroll down to "CONQUEST DL 3–12x50" for specs. https://www.zeiss.com/sports-optics/...models%23pos-5

I've had the scope for 8 years or thereabouts and am very attached to it, which is a bit daft I know. I bought it shop soiled as it had ring marks on it from the display rifle. It has excellent low light performance and I have taken my most memorable NZ stags with it. I set up the T3 .308 and this Zeiss to shoot a MPBR of 300m, 12cm high at 100m, zero at 250m. Point and shoot on big animals with a 165gr bullet.

The glass in the Zeiss scopes is excellent, have the 3-12x50 with no 4 or 4a retlicle and milrad dial up on the elevation turret on my 284. Superb glass and low light performance. 6 mils dial up more than I’ll ever need on the set up
