    WANTED:BOLT FOR A TIKKA 270 OR SIMILAR

I had a guy ask me the other day if i knew of anyone that may have a bolt for a tikka 270 lying around from a build job or insurance job, so i thought this would be the place to look.
If anyone does know of one for a 270 or similar cal can you please let me know.

    Cheers
    Mal

If it is a T3 then forget it. They are worth gold as you cannot buy a new one. Cheaper and easier to get a new rifle.

Tell him to buy a new T3 in a different cal and get the one he has head spaced for the bolt off the new one. That way he can have 2 rifles with one bolt.

Would of been better to ask about before buying the gun, the seller would of been laughing all the way to the bank
If its guns, tits or tyres it's going to cost you lots of money

Quickest way to loose one is to carry it on your back or on a pack with the bolt open, it then only takes a wee rub and the bolt drops on the ground.

the stock would be a good back up anyway. Hard to get on back order and that'd be a steal for $450
