    Wild game processing Auckland

Where in the Auckland region does a guy take some venison and pork to be turned into sausages, salamis, and bacon?

Counties Custom Killing is quite good.

If you are ever coming up to Auckland then te hoe home kill is also good.

I use counties custom. They do nice flavoured sausages too. Salami is excellent. If you ring them on the weekend you can drop animals off in their outside chiller.

Country meat processors are epic. Going to drop some stuff off this week too. Yet to have anything other than good products back

I put a couple of cows through Te Hoe recently, and will not use them again. Difficulties most of the way, the woman in the office was rude, and the small goods are mediocre. I thought Wally Smith's were better, which is saying something.

Iíve not used them for a couple of years, think they have changed hands in that time.

My recommendation was just from the salamis and patties we got made up from a big pig we got. They were really tasty.

My experience was pretty hassle free. Dropped off the stuff on the day we caught it. Next weekend picked up. So your mileage may vary.
