Is probably worth that for the action for a build. Love those old Win/ Mauser actions. Smooth and nice safety set up.
    Trigger job easy as well.

Have you shot a group with it ? What's the barrel like and do you think it's done much work ?

Not wrong. Mine has redfield bases with the 4x loopy. Nice little rig. Always liked the featherweight stocks better though-usually darker, with nicer chequering and the Schnabel fore-end. The liteweight is a bit plain side by side to it. Mechanically identical though do only cosmetic really.

Judging by the condition of stock for its age, that rifle has had a fairly nice life sitting inside a gun safe. If barrel oiled it should be mint.

that will make an awesome rifle for someone...... the action is as slick as anything and they shoot very very well. trigger doesnt need a "job" they adjustable with wee spanner (or 6" cresants if your agriculturally minded )my trigger will go right down to 1.5lb without any issues but have set it about 2.5 as found it better.

Ive seen a few of these in twoforfree over the years and they ALL shot very very well......

for a deer-wallaby rifle this would be very hard to beat and at that price a absolute steal.
