    Woollen Swandri and long-johns

Hello - I have two beaut red check Swandri's that are surplus, they are used but in good nick, one XOS and one OS - I'm normally a L and these are both OK on me with other stuff underneath. They are both the hooded, lace up neck style. $40 each posted but at that price they will only go to people who convince me they will actually use them - they are heavy, not totally waterproof but still great if you have to work hard in cold conditions as they breath better than anything synthetic.

Two pair white long-john bottoms, sized 92 and 87 but both washed a few times so they'll fit pretty close, well used but usable. $10 each posted, one long-john top $10 posted, size L.

    Cheers
    Foster

I would take the other if still available. Just the ticket for winter campfire...unlike down jacket

Stevodog its yours (Antsman has the other). Funny you should mention "fire". Darn near 40 years ago I was on a SAR exercise. We were all sitting round a big fire having a beer after its conclusion - one of the guys was skiting about this new "wonder" product called polarfleece. Not long after there was a bit of hysteria (both real and later laughter) when the new polarfleece caught fire from a spark and he really "went up". Couple of guys caught and rolled him and got it out quick, he did have a couple of what turned out to be deep burns but in the interim most of us made a mental note to stick to our swani's for a bit longer. I know polar fleece is treated these days but I still dislike it.
