    I think your chances of getting a bolt in New Zealand are zero (and both finding one and getting it out the states virtually impossible as well). Have you/can you contact your insurance company?

    Richard Wilhems had a magazine a wee while ago - but I'd wait until you get a bolt first.

    Can get bolt from usa but a lot of hoops to jump through. export and import permits etc.
