    WTB: Muzzleloader

    Afternoon Ladies and Gents.

I'm interested in buying some kind of muzzle loading rifle just to have abit of a chop around with.
I honestly know next to nothing about these things, only that you have to use the rifle as a press to load the ammo as you shoot it (I actually know abit more than that).

Looking for something short-ish, like one of the Enfield Musketoons. Anyone got somethign floating around they wouldn't mind getting rid of?

    Regards,

    Seth.

hi you need to be very careful about what you buy in the way of muzzle loading guns some are like catching ades like once you have bought it you will never be able to get rid of it ..... many spanish made guns are just not worth the trouble A quality gun will open your eyess to just how good an ml can shoot but an el cheepo will make you wonder why anyone would stuff about with those things ... If you are at all handy with tools go to the Track of the wolf site and look at the kits there you will not regret what it takes to buy one ,and with care get a great shooter Rob

What paperwork needs to be done to get a kit from Track of the Wolf or Dixie gunworks. Will they just send them out as I understand in some states black powder firearms are not classed as firearms,(if that makes sence!!).
I know it will be a permit to import at this end.

Real guns start with the number 3 or bigger and make two holes, one in and one out." -
