If you've got a mil dot scope use that, course good mil dot scopes are more than a cheap rangefinder and scope combined.

Are you setting up a range for yourself or is this for hunting? Might be worth asking for someone with gear to help u out (if you're just needing to set your scope up)

if your looking at one for hunting then under $100 you should just buy a Map, cost around $10-$20.....Im not being sarcastic its a tried and proven method,
know the location you are at, find the location or locations you may shoot to, then measure the distance between those two points and compare it to the ruler on the map which will give you the distance between those two points.
once you know say your nearest, mid and farthest possible shot from a single location you can just guess everything inbetween.

I just need it to get exact distance for bow hunting for better accuracy and clean kill.
It's not really essential. That is why I don't want to spend like 500 bucks on it and I am on tight budget
