    WTB Remington Titanium Rifle

Origional or Alaskian model. Prefer long action but will consider short action also. Any calibre considered.

Terminator, my post is incorrect, meant to say the model 7 rifle is lighter than the Alaskan, but my memory serves me incorrectly, both my statements are wrong

The model 7 in 7mm08 is 6.125 pounds

The Titanium Alaskan in 7mm08 is 6 pounds.

Best of luck in your quest to find one Nesika

Thanks for the info 7mmsaum. I will wait and see if anything comes of the WTB before considering other options.

Mod 7 action isn't as "stiff" as the 700, Larger opening etc... But it is lighter than the std 700.

If not run "Hard and hot" with a bigger magnum I guess it wont be an issue though

I run 2 7's and both shoot very well with std weight barrels
Fishing ... Hunting its all good
