    WTB T3 stock

This is for my hunting mate who has a 30/06 ss that the plastic stock has issues. the rifle only shoots 2" groups with all loads. I swapped over my stock and now it looks like it will shoot 1"
Looking for a laminated but will consider another plastic

Get a stug Carbon stock. Cheaper and better than other stocks. Bit of a wait, but well worth it for the price.

You know, if you need 100 rounds to kill a deer, maybe hunting isn't your sport.

    Thanks FULL NOISE.
Bill999, NO i never heard of that one ? I got the loan of a bench rest laminated/bedded stock but couldnt try it as it was bedded with a target trigger in place and wouldnt accept the factory barreled action.
I then tried my 223 T3 plastic stock on it and it shot ok, around 1" groups. At the range a guy showed up with a boyds stocked T3 so after some questioning i bought his take off stock for a box of beer !
I tested it tonight and while not super good, looks like it will shoot 1"-1.2" so i will develop the loads with this stock and it might be fine.
Will still look at hopefully getting a 2nd hand factory laminated stock
