All Tyvek was posted today apart from striker and EBF, you two will be later in the week or next week if i can find some more.

The posted parcels today contain the individual sizes that you requested including an extra 100-400mm each side so you can trim it to the length you want.

If you find the product too noisy or " crinkly" then run it through a cold wash in your washing machine, this softens it without ruining any of its water shedding properties.

    2.4m x 2m average rolled size

I'm just a little slow on the uptake here, but this tyvek stuff is just building paper, yeah?
It's obviously got waterproofing qualities, easy to handle, join etc.
How tough is it, as in for a fly when tying it off to a tree, would it tear easily or is it fairly robust

Its tough, bank notes and our old drivers licences are/were made from it

Its a flash spun high density polyethylene fibre that's designed to allow water vapour through but not liquid water.

Google "lightweight camping with Tyvek " for a bazillion ideas

I'd be bloody keen on a 2 person tent sized piece. I've currently got a tarp tent double rainbow so don't really know how big the piece needs to be. I'm repairing holes in my floor as we speak so it's much needed and appreciated.

I'd love to grab a 3x3M or a little longer of this if any was available, looks Ideal for a lightweight tarp for hammocks. looking at covering two hammocks side by side when I take my boy out bush.
Thanks in advance if any is available.
