WTB Under $100 A cat Ar Stock

Any one have an old beat up or ugly Ar A cat stock for sale. The cheaper the better need to assemble an A cat Ar then register it as E cat then take it home and put the E cat parts on. ( according to AO) I thought I just had to register the lower?? So final piece of the puzzel is this expendable A cat Stock.

You don't need a stock on an AR to register it as e-cat, all you need is the lower receiver nothing else and register that as an e-cat.

Well I'd argue the point since it's going to cost you money. Which district?

Yeah, this is an issue with how things work now and arguing the point can often land you further from your desired goal as they have the final say at the end of the day.

No they don't. The courts have the final say.

The Police have been repeatedly told by the courts that they do not have the authority to interpret the Arms Act.

Yes, clearly if you take the fight all the way to the courts it will cost you.

I would seek clarification from the Manager-Licensing and Vetting.

Many Arms Officers do not know the very policy that they are attempting to enforce, I wonder if they have even bothered to read the Police Arms Manual.
