    WTB: Wood turning tools

Just started wood turning. Looking for some tools. Let me know if you have any you don't use anymore.

Good luck, keep your eyes open in second hand shops and auction houses, I inherited a few sets including a full set of sorbys in a box.

Make sure they haven't been abused on the bench grinder and buggered the temper of the steel

Have a set of chisels you can have for the cost of postage
PM me an email address, and I'll send you pics, if you're interested.
He nui to ngaromanga, he iti to putanga.

You depart with mighty boasts, but you come back having done little.
Sounds like a typical hunting trip !

Was guessing he meant bowl gauges, parting tools, scrapers etc for turning but I may be wrong

Could be right, The only tools I ever used were various gauges, etc

    Thanks man that is awesome.

I think I need gauges but I'm just learning so anything would be fantastic.
Pm me your bank details and how much postage you need and I will take you up on your kind offer.

    Gaz
